This article will reveal the principles, main meanings and basic concepts of the terminology of gastronomy and their analysis in linguistics. Each area has its own terminological system, and this area is now becoming one of the main areas for research topics. The views and opinions of research scientists who have carried out their scientific work in this area are considered in this article.
